Clonidine can be used to lower blood pressure and treat ADHD; however, it causes sedation, and tolerance can develop to its blood pressure-lowering effects. Clonidine should not be stopped suddenly more. Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant with pain-relieving effects that may be used to treat certain seizure disorders or relieve nerve pain. To answer your first question, I did find that there are (moderately unsafe) interactions between Clonidine and Gabapentin (so it wouldn't be wise to take a full dose of each one together).
