Each gabapentin capsule, USP contains 100 mg, 300 mg, or 400 mg of gabapentin, USP and the following inactive ingredients: corn starch and magnesium stearate. The 100 mg capsule shell contains gelatin and titanium dioxide. The 300 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide. Assay preparation— Remove and weigh the contents of not fewer than 20 Capsules.
