It’s easier to find distraction from the panicked thoughts but it’s not like I’m anxiety free. I do feel like taking two pills at once works better than taking only one and I bet three would be great. So I am mindful not to overdo it and end up on a high dose. However, I did notice a side effect of it taking the top edge off of anxiety - a regular dose in the morning and at night made the difference between sweating palms and heavily intrusive thoughts about trauma being extremely distracting and these things not being extremely distracting. I just realized my scrip is actually for 2400, but I cut the morning 600mg dose because it made my me pretty useless.
