My MD gave me 300 MG/day Gabapentin, which works really well for me. My pain and ED (I'm male) go away. However, the GB gives me terrible panic attacks and sleepless nights -- even just the 50 MG/day dosage. On the subject of MRIs, don't trust the fucking doctors. They only read the radiologist report. Try to get some spine surgeon to look at it. However find aa surgeon who is not trigger happy. If you’re still in pain with the gabapentin call and see if you can up the dose and by how much. Or you may have to switch to a different medication for nerve pain. I have had MRIs taken that show no causes. I have tried pelvic floor therapy with no progress. So, now I am starting gabapentin. Has anyone had success with this medication for tingling in the pelvic area? I am up to 600 mg and feel no improvement. Thank you.
