Anytime I moved or bent over, it was as if my skin was literally ripping apart. Unfortunately, we never could determine a cause, but my amazing dermatologist put me on gabapentin to help, and it’s been great for 2 years at only 300 mg. I still have the issues, and up until now, I’ve been well managed with the severe burning sensation and itch.
