I’ve been put one a trial of 300mg 3x a day and interested how that compares to others. Also- I haven’t been given any tapering instructions, but see that’s mentioned a lot here? I think the type of gabapentin that is prescribed could be an issue. There are forms of gabapentin that have an ingredient that dogs can’t have. There’s one dog we fill for at my pharmacy that is prescribed liquid gabapentin because it doesn’t contain the ingredient dogs can’t have.
