I suffer from GAD and I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant. I had been taking Lyrica 150mg - 300mg per day around the time of conception but switched to Gabapentin 900mg - 1600mg per day due to financial reasons (Lyrica is not covered by Pharmacare). The moms post partum I know who took setraline all had 50mg and they all said they were very thankful for it. My two friends who had it before during and after pregnancy said it made it much more bearable than the first pregnancy when they didn’t take it.
