Gabapentin helped my pain I took 3 pills which were 300 mg 3 each per day . It’s definitely can took a weeks /a month to work and my pain went away so I stopped taking it. Now I only take during flare ups. So I’m now on gabapentin for my vulvodynia, I’m only on 300mg right now one morning, afternoon then night. I have primary provoked vestibulodynia and just got done with ramping up on gabapentin for 9 weeks (max dose was 2400mg). It didn't help my pain, so I'm now ramping down. However, I do hear about gabapentin helping a lot of people!! Just this week, someone posted about how taking like 300mg gabapentin (a low dose) completely solved their pain.
