The Gabapentin capsules, hard (called Gabapentin capsules in the rest of this lea et) belong to a group of medicines used to treat epilepsy and peripheral neuropathic pain (long lasting pain caused by damage to the nerves). Gabapentin capsules are used to treat: Gabapentin is used to treat some types of persistent pain. It is especially good for nerve pain, such as sharp, shooting, burning and stabbing types of pain. Gabapentin is used to treat and prevent some types of pain and seizures. It is also sometimes used for other conditions. Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. How should you take it? Take gabapentin regularly as directed with a glass of water. Gabapentin.
