Yes, well, it does interest me, gabapentin vs pregabalin because I have a decent number of folks on gabapentin, and it maybe seems to help 10-20% for symptom reduction. I also feel, although obviously can't prove, that for many it might be a placebo effect, just knowing there's 'something' they are taking for their anxiety.
