They should help with fibromyalgia. Lyrica is identifal to Gabapentin, but Lyrica is 6x stronger, lasts longer and IMO is much better for anxiety. If you do switch to Pregabalin you will have less side effects since you already have tolerance to Gabapentin unless you take a break before switching. Which do you prefer? I tried lyrica for the first time recently, but I think I enjoy gabapentin more. I normally just do 900 mg of gabapentin, but I But the better answer is that lyrica is more selective for the receptor than gabapentin and carries higher potency requiring less drug overall.
