I'm finding that gabapentin and effexor are one hell of drugs, there seem to be no middle ground just pure hell or heighten paranoia. I'm on 400mg 3x a day gabapentin or 1200mt daily. and 275mg effexor. I wouldn't take it as needed, but only on a schedule daily then taper down from then.
