Gabapentin-Induced Hypoglycemia Case Reports of Hypoglycemia. Several case reports have documented instances of hypoglycemia associated with gabapentin use. The Netherlands Pharmacovigilance Centre Lareb reported six cases of hypoglycemia in patients using gabapentin for neuropathic pain, including both diabetic and non-diabetic individuals.
