Especially when you can fall asleep but then wake up throughout the night. There are multiple studies you can read about as well. I've been prescribed Gabapentin for sleep. I can only sleeping if I've had about 5 or 6 hours the night before but I'm tired through the day. If I sleep 8 hours I'm not tired enough to sleep that night. Gabapentin at 400mg about two hours before bed is perfect for me, get a much better quality of sleep and wake up with no side effects. Been using over 6 months.
