Addressing your stress and anxiety levels will help the most ( gabapentin ended up working for me as I was hypersensitive to ssris and actually gabapentin also is a neuromodulator which helped calm my nervous system). I also bought a somatic movement course from the somatic movement center online and it has been incredibly helpful.
