On Feb, 26, 2016: 37,299 people reported to have side effects when taking Gabapentin (Neurontin). Among them, 48 people (0.13%) have Teeth Grinding And Clenching. Benzodiazepines are widely prescribed for a variety of conditions, particularly anxiety and insomnia. I've taken neurontin (gabapentin) or other types of pain, but not for oral pain. It is a medication that works best for nerve-related pain. So, if your pain is nerve-related it may work very well. Just as a side note, it made me very, very tired so I couldn't tolerate it for long. I've started on gabapentin for sciatic nerve pain and it seems to be working out.
