It seems to potentiate the Methadone but I was previously on Suboxone and I didn’t really notice the Gabapentin having any effects on the Suboxone. I'm prescribed 800mg 4x daily (3200mg) It does seem to potentiate it at least a bit, but I've been taking both these meds together for over a year now so it doesn't really seem to potentiate it for me because it's like my new normal.
