First lets clarify there is indeed a withdrawal with gabapentin. The withdrawal will resemble a benzo / alcohol withdrawal in many ways. Its also NOT a gaba A or B agonist, so its unlikely benzos will help much. I used Gabapentin to help get through alcohol withdrawal. I used it for 4 days with the following doses.
